Rosebay is a private members club on over six acres of tranquil countryside in the heart of the Fens, near Peterborough. Pitch a tent, bring the caravan, visit for the day or rent a bell tent, and spend your day exactly how you want to.

A members club, and proudly so
Membership is what lets a space exclusively for gay and bisexual men exist within UK law. It costs £25, you pay it once, and it's yours for life. Here's the whole thing:
Join once
£25 for lifeEveryone on site is a member: gay or bisexual, male, and over 18. Join online or when you arrive. Your membership number lands by email, and there's a private Facebook group if you'd like in.
Book your visit
Your membership number unlocks the booking system. Book a pitch, a bell tent or a day ticket. Themed weekends book up quickly, so if one catches your eye, don't sit on it.
Turn up and relax
Day visitors from 10am, campers check in from noon. Check in at reception and the day's yours: the meadow, The Station, the bar, the bonfire, likeminded company.
First visit? If you've never been before, you can come and look around for free before you decide to join. And if you look under 25, bring ID.

You don't need a tent to belong here. Rosebay is open every day from 10am for day visitors, and it's the only dedicated space for gay and bisexual men for miles: somewhere to meet, chat and relax.

Five ways to stay
Grass pitches for caravans, motorhomes and 30 plus tents, with or without electric. Every pitch is £15 per person per night, plus hook up if applicable, and dogs are welcome (maximum two per pitch).
Touring
Caravan, motorhome or campervan on a grass pitch up to 8 metres, with 6 amp or 16 amp electric hook up and space for your awning or car. Chemical toilet point and toilet block on hand.

Camping, with hook up
Tent or campervan on a grass pitch up to 8 metres with 6 amp electric. Awnings welcome, car parks by your pitch.

The same grass pitch, no electric. Car by the pitch, awning if you want it, toilet block a stroll away.

Wild camping
Pitches beyond the main camping field for tents and campervans, for when you want the quiet end of the six acres.

Bell tent, ready made
Sleeps two with a double bed. Bring what you'd normally bring apart from the tent and bed. No electric inside (a battery pack for your phone is a good shout) and no pets in the bell tents.

The Station, and six acres of not much to do
The Station is Rosebay's hot tub and sauna, open 11am to 4pm on Fridays and Saturdays, plus the Wednesday evening sauna from 6pm to 9pm. Around it: the meadow, the company, and nothing you have to be doing.

From the meadow
Naturist, your way
Rosebay was created as somewhere to relax and be yourself. Not everyone wants to get naked, so the choice is always yours. Be as social with the other campers as you like, or just get away from everyday life and chill.
19:00 · Park & Ride opens
Then the evening gets going
The bar, Park & Ride, opens at 7pm Thursday to Saturday. Quiz night Thursdays, bingo Fridays at 7, and every Friday and Saturday night there's either an event or a very social bonfire.
The season runs May to September 2027. This is the week, every week.

John and Dean have built Rosebay into a proper community: somewhere you can be entirely yourself, meet likeminded people, and come back to for life.
Every Friday and Saturday night: an event, or a very social bonfire.
We're a private members club, so you join before your first visit: £25 per person, once, for life. After that you just pay for your pitch or your day. To cater solely for gay and bisexual men without contravening anti-discrimination legislation we apply admission criteria: as long as you're a gay or bisexual man, over 18, and a member, this space is yours.
Complete the form and pay your £25 by PayPal, and we'll email your membership number, which unlocks the booking system. We'll add you to our secret Facebook group too, if you'd like.

- Every person on site must be a member.

Zero-tolerance drug policy
The possession, supply, attempted supply or use of illegal drugs on Rosebay premises is strictly prohibited.
Where Rosebay has reasonable grounds to believe that a guest is possessing, supplying, offering, requesting or using illegal drugs, Rosebay reserves the right to:
- Require that person to leave the premises immediately.
- Refuse or cancel future admission or bookings.
- Impose a permanent ban where appropriate.
- Contact the police and provide relevant information concerning suspected criminal activity.
- Contact the emergency services whenever there is a concern for somebody's health or safety.
Anyone found supplying, offering or attempting to obtain illegal drugs on the premises will be subject to a permanent ban from Rosebay and the matter may be reported to the police.
These rules apply to all substances that are unlawful under UK law. Neither you nor Rosebay determines which drugs or substances are legal or illegal; that is determined by the law.
